1. SDK cannot pull tasks in testing/gray/full rollout status

2. SDK reports "config not found" when pulling
You have not created the corresponding resource key on the Shiply platform.
3. SDK reports "config result empty" when pulling
- Check whether SDK initialization parameters match the task delivery conditions.
- There are no tasks under the resource key; create and publish a task.
- If you just created or modified a release task, wait 2 minutes before testing the pull.

4. SDK reports "app info error" when pulling
The AppKey and AppId used during SDK initialization are incorrect.
5. After uploading a Zip package to Shiply, do I need to decompress and delete it myself after SDK download?
No. The Shiply Resource SDK automatically manages the full resource lifecycle, including update requests, download, delta update, decompression, decryption, verification, and deletion.
