Shiply Pro Pricing

Overview

Shiply Pro supports monthly active user (MAU) packages with annual billing.
MAU packages: Billed based on monthly active users; package consumption progress is affected only by MAU. MAU packages are categorized by function into resources and artifacts, mobile hotfix, in-app upgrade, and other types. Each MAU package includes a certain amount of traffic, usable only for the corresponding function.

Note:
When the monthly complimentary free MAU quota is insufficient, you need to purchase an MAU package.
When traffic within an MAU package is insufficient, you need to purchase a traffic pack separately (shown as a traffic package on the purchase page).
To support and encourage small developers, the platform automatically adds a certain free quota to each project every month, including MAU and traffic.

Billing Details

Shiply Pro calculates project resource consumption daily. Actual usage generated on a given day is settled starting at midnight the next day, first deducting from the monthly free quota; if the free quota is exhausted, deduction proceeds from bound prepaid packages.
When MAU balance is insufficient for deduction, the corresponding function enters arrears status. See Arrears Details for details.
When traffic balance is insufficient for deduction, the corresponding function enters arrears status. See Arrears Details for details.

Package TypeBilling Details
MAU Package[Package Specifications] MAU package specifications are as shown on the purchase and payment completion page;
[Validity Period] Valid for 365 days. Packages take effect from the activation date and expire when fully consumed or when the validity period ends (whichever comes first). After expiration, Shiply has the right to unilaterally terminate the service.
[Deduction Details] Deducted based on monthly active device count. Unused purchased resources within the validity period are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Example: Party A purchases a 50K Android hotfix MAU package on January 1, 2024. The annual total is 50K × 12 = 600K, valid from 2024.1.1 to 2025.1.1.
If actual monthly MAU is 60K, the first 10 months consume 60K × 10 = 600K. Subsequent usage requires purchasing a new package; otherwise, arrears status is entered and mobile hotfix is disabled.
If MAU is 60K per month from January to July and 30K per month from August to December, then 60K × 7 + 30K × 5 = 570K, leaving 30K unused and non-refundable.
Additionally, daily MAU has quota limits. Maximum daily quota = remaining MAU − current month MAU × days elapsed this month / total days this month.
Example: On September 10, 2024, after monthly settlement, 50K remains. If MAU from May 1–10 is 600K, then 50K − 600K × 10/30 = −150K, entering arrears status.

  4. Unused purchased resources within the validity period are non-refundable and non-transferable. Due to the special nature of this service, refunds are not accepted after purchase. Please confirm before purchasing.

Arrears Details

For products bound to [MAU packages], after Shiply platform calculates daily cumulative usage and analyzes recent MAU trends, if the project's package balance is less than the last 15 days' usage, or the package is nearing expiration (less than 15 days until expiration), users will be notified via SMS and email. Users must replenish packages promptly after receiving reminders.
For products bound to traffic packs, after Shiply platform completes daily settlement, if the project's traffic balance is less than the last 15 days' usage, or the package is nearing expiration (less than 15 days until expiration), users will be notified via SMS and email. Users must purchase traffic packs promptly after receiving reminders.
If a user's purchased package is exhausted or expired, and the platform cannot complete usage deduction during settlement, the project enters arrears status. If traffic pack is in arrears, resources and artifacts, hotfix, and in-app upgrade functions cannot be used; clients cannot pull the latest configuration switches, resource package information, or app package information, and resource downloads will fail. If an MAU package is in arrears, the corresponding function cannot be used. For example, if the in-app upgrade MAU package is in arrears, clients cannot pull the latest installation package information, while other functions such as hotfix are unaffected.
Example:
On March 1, 2024, during platform settlement, if the project consumed 100GB of traffic over the past 15 days but the current package has only 90GB remaining, the platform will remind the user to recharge promptly. If the user fails to recharge in time and traffic is exhausted, the project enters arrears status. After arrears, clients cannot pull the latest configuration switches, resource package information, or app package information, and resource downloads will fail. The platform cannot create or update tasks.

FAQ

  1. How are packages deducted?
Answer: Shiply platform strictly calculates the previous day's project consumption according to package details and deducts from the package. If the package is exhausted or expired, causing deduction failure, the project enters arrears status.
  2. Are package refunds supported?
Answer: Refunds are not currently supported regardless of whether the package has been used.
  3. How to avoid arrears?
Answer: Select appropriate packages based on project MAU and regularly monitor package consumption. During settlement, if remaining usage is insufficient for 15 days or validity is less than 15 days, the platform will notify via SMS and email. Pay attention to cost notifications and replenish packages promptly.
